About Randy Mulder

Born in St. Catharines, Randy has lived in several parts of the Niagara Region. These include St. Catharines (Downtown, North End, Ridley Heights, Port Dalhousie and Louth), Grimsby, Jordan, Beamsville, Pelham and Vineland.

Growing up, the Mulder family was never afraid to pick up and move. This gives Randy a firsthand perspective on what his real estate clients are going through. “We were never emotionally attached to a house or property, because we took our memories with us to the next home.” However, a few years ago, his maternal Grandparents’ house of some 50 years was being sold, and speaking with them gave Randy insight on how a family home can become much more than just bricks and mortar. “There were parts of the home that Grandpa had built himself. There was the garden they lovingly worked each spring and summer. There was the little stream where their children and grandchildren had played and caught crawfish in. It was a very emotional sale.”

Randy has spent his entire working life in sales and marketing. Now, in his 14th year of real estate, Randy assists others with the purchase, sale, and management of their property. He engages with clients at a friendly but professional level, with the goal of exceeding their expectations. “It’s all about them. A happy client is the best thing you can hope for and work towards. It is a great feeling to provide assistance and service to the people and clients I work with. I love my job!”
